Facilities

The Solmar V has a classic feel about it: the liveaboard’s spacious lounge is panelled in mahogany wood with brass touches. It offers guests a small library, a large flat screen TV with DVD, an audio system and a PC for image processing. The food served on board is plentiful and delicious. Fresh fruit and snacks, coffee, tea and mineral water are served throughout the day, and local wines, margaritas and beer are served free of charge with dinner.

The spacious, partially shaded deck invites you to relax on board. Throughout the liveaboard, there are US 110V power outlets. Plus, in the same area as the computer work station, six 220V outlets for European guests. Electronic equipment is state of the art and meets the latest safety standards.

We think…

Solmar V is a comfortable dive vessel with great service. They schedule their excursions according to seasons, so you get the best diving possible.

Solmar V accommodates up to 22 divers in its 11 comfortable double cabins though on most trips no more than 20 divers are on board. All cabins have private bathrooms and are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and a TV / DVD combination. The 6 superior cabins are slightly larger and are located in the middle of the liveaboard, with the 5 standard cabins forward of these.
