Silvery body and head with blue and yellow bands across the snout between the eyes. Also has yellow band inside the tail, and longer filament on top of the tail than the bottom (giving it the nickname of Whiptail).
Looks for all the world like he has a pair of reins extending from the mouth to the saddle. The head above the reins is silvery yellow with irregular lines from the forehead.
