Swim With Whales Competition – We have a Winner

We are pleased to announce a winner in our Win a Swim with Whales Competition in association with the Ocean Film Festival 2016 – Alicia Shaw.

Alicia, a high school teacher, who only started diving March 2014 posted the winning entry “Gentle Giants on the Osprey Reef” via the Diveplanit App. The shot was taken in March 2016 on the North Horn dive, diving on a Mike Ball Expedition, and whilst fighting sea-sickness!

Alicia can look forward to the Whale Swim provided by Sunreef Mooloolaba with accommodation provided by Landmark Resort Mooloolaba. There were 180 photos submitted as part of the competition and we present the best of the finalists’ photos below too.
